GZB Series High Efficiency Energy Saving Self-Priming Pump

The GZB series of new high-efficiency and energy-saving self-priming pumps are optimized and upgraded on the basis of the WFB-type seal-free automatic self-priming pump. The sealing device is designed with a combined labyrinth centrifugal airflow seal. During the operation of the water pump, the sealing device and the pump cover sealing part are clearance-matched, which does not produce mechanical friction and wear, and permanently solves the problem of seal leakage. The water pump of this structure forms gas-water separation in the pump chamber through the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller, and the gas in the pump chamber and the inlet pipe is discharged efficiently and quickly. The conveying medium enters the pump chamber under the action of atmospheric pressure to achieve a stable and reliable self-priming function. The self-priming function of the water pump can be realized without any auxiliary vacuum devices. To meet the chemical characteristics and temperature requirements of different industries and different media, a variety of pump assembly materials with corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and cavitation resistance are designed and produced.
