Long-axis pumps are vane pumps with large flow, small head, high specific speed, high efficiency, small footprint, and strong technical parameter flexibility. They are suitable for low-water-level submersible axial flow pumps. Therefore, they are often the pump type for agricultural and animal husbandry irrigation, water supply and drainage in large cities, and cooling circulating water transportation in power plants.
The water drawn from the reservoir by the long-shaft pump is sucked into the bell tube. When the centrifugal impeller blades in the centrifugal impeller chamber force the water to rotate, the water enters the guide vanes. The magnetohydrodynamic power generation lifts the pump, flows through the pump barrel and is discharged from the drain elbow. The pump is connected to the connecting shaft by a coupling (rigid). The rolling bearing under the motor rubber support bears all the downward axial forces of the motor rotor. The connecting shaft is connected to the motor shaft through an elastic coupling. The centrifugal impeller (rim body) of the axial flow pump contains blades.
Installation method of long-axis pump: 1. Axial flow pumps (especially large and medium-sized pumps) have strict requirements on the form and specifications of the water inlet flow channel, which directly endangers the characteristics of stainless steel plate deep well pumps (such as high efficiency and cavitation characteristics). A reliable design scheme (design scheme of the Planning Institute) should be adopted. 2. Wet pit installation means that all or part of the pump is immersed in the sealing liquid, and part of the pump is immersed in the suction tank; 3. Dry pit installation means that the pump is surrounded by gas, and the elbow suction channel is selected to enter the pump.
Common problems in the installation of long-axis pumps: 1. When the long-axis axial flow pump uses a universal vertical motor control driver, the net weight and radial torque of the rotor of the long-axis axial flow pump motor should be mainly borne by the thrust ball bearing installed at the upper end of the long-axis axial flow pump. 2. When the long-axis axial flow pump uses a vertical structure motor control driver with a thrust ball bearing, the net weight and radial torque of the rotor of the long-axis axial flow pump motor are mainly borne by the thrust ball bearing in the motor. 3. When the long-axis axial flow pump adopts a bevel gearbox transmission system, the net weight and radial torque of the rotor of the long-axis axial flow pump motor should be borne by the thrust ball bearing installed in the bevel gearbox. 4. Lubrication of thrust ball bearings: Thrust ball bearings are generally lubricated with thin oil (small pumps can also be lubricated with other vegetable oils). The circulating water can be cooled by setting a refrigeration barrel clamp in the rolling and in vitro.
Lubrication method of long-axis pump guide bearing: 1. Self-lubrication: If the material conveyed by the long-axis axial flow pump is a clean liquid, the guide bearing enterprise can be immediately lubricated by the material conveyed by the society. External management of working environment pressure and hydration: If there is a small amount of residue in the process of conveying the material by the long-axis axial flow pump, it must be moistened with clean working and living pressure water from the outside (the long-axis axial flow pump is equipped with a self-closing seal treatment system design software, which can effectively prevent the residue from directly entering the guide roller bearing after the long-axis axial flow pump is shut down). 2. Installation method: Generally, the long-axis axial flow pump generator set is installed on the same foundation layer. 3. Drainage position: If the customer needs to be located at the base layer, the drainage position is generally above the base layer.
