What is a long shaft pump?

Long-axis pumps are suitable for conveying various corrosive media such as particles, high viscosity, strong acid, alkali, salt, strong oxidant, etc. The new submersible pump is suitable for conveying various lightweight media such as flammable and explosive. The shell, outlet pipe and flow-through parts of the traditional submersible pump are all made of corrosion-resistant materials. The motor part is placed on the liquid surface and the pump part is placed below the liquid surface. It has the characteristics of strong corrosion resistance, no blockage, and high temperature resistance. The pump body, motor and flow-through parts of the new submersible pump are all made of special materials. The motor part and the pump part are coaxially connected as a whole and placed below the liquid surface. It has the characteristics of maintenance-free, high explosion-proof, zero-zone use, and low energy consumption.

Basic structure and efficiency of long shaft pump

The water sucked from the reservoir is sucked into the bell tube. As the blades of the centrifugal impeller in the centrifugal impeller chamber force the water to rotate, the water enters the guide vane body, the magnetohydrodynamic power generation makes the pump lift, flows through the pump barrel, and is discharged from the drain pipe elbow. The pump is connected to the connecting shaft according to the coupling (rigidity). The rolling bearing under the motor rubber support bears all the downward axial forces of the motor rotor. The connecting shaft is connected to the motor shaft through an elastic coupling.

The centrifugal impeller (rim body) of the axial flow pump contains blades. Depending on whether the blades are adjustable or not, the axial flow pump is divided into the following three types:

The centrifugal impeller (rim body) and blades of the mobile axial flow pump are of universal structure, and the blades cannot be adjusted;

Adjust the blades of centrifugal impellers (rim bodies) and semi-leaf axial flow pumps. Only when the machine is turned off, remove the blades to adjust the blade placement angle (such as 0°, ±2°, ±4°, ±6°, ±8°), and the viewing angle is stepped.

According to a set of adjustment mechanisms (mechanical equipment or hydraulic press), the full-leaf axial flow pump can be operated manually, electrically and computer-controlled to perform stepless adjustment of the blade placement angle.

Installation method of long shaft pump:

1. Axial flow pumps (especially large and medium-sized pumps) have strict requirements on the form and specifications of the water inlet flow channel, which directly endangers the characteristics of the stainless steel plate deep well pump (such as high efficiency and cavitation characteristics), so a reliable design scheme (the design scheme of the Planning Institute) should be adopted.

2. Wet pit installation means that all or part of the pump is immersed in the potting liquid, and part of the pump is immersed in the suction tank;

3. Dry pit installation means that the pump is surrounded by gas, and a curved pipe suction channel is selected to enter the pump.

Installation method: Generally, long-axis axial flow pump generator sets are installed on the same foundation layer.

Location of drain outlet: Generally, the drain outlet is located above the foundation layer, but it can also be located on the foundation layer if the customer requires.
