coatings. The working parts that have been assembled in the factory must not be disassembled again during the installation process, but during the inspection process, it is necessary to check whether the rotating part of the original can rotate smoothly and whether the axial measurement
meets the installation requirements of the long-shaft pump. Then, the two ends of the rotating shaft can be supported with a V-shaped iron frame to check and measure the curvature of the rotating shaft.
During the operation of the long-shaft pump, some mechanical failures often occur. So what should we do?
1. The motor bearing of the long-shaft pump is damaged. When the bearing is not lubricated or the oil is insufficient, there is oil leakage or there are impurities such as iron filings and sand in the oil, dry grinding will occur, the motor bearing will be worn, the resistance torque will increase, and the motor power
will suddenly increase or the transmission belt will slip. In order to avoid this situation. In the event of an accident, pay attention to the cleanliness of the lubricating oil and strengthen the maintenance and repair of the motor. After the motor is damaged, the machine should be stopped to check, repair or replace
the worn bearings.
2. The drive shaft of the long-shaft pump is broken. If the friction torque is large, the shaft will bend, the drive shaft will be ground, and the shaft will break. The current displayed decreases sharply, the power drops, and the water supply stops suddenly. At this time,
the pump can be lifted to repair or replace the shaft.
3. The rubber bearing of the long-shaft pump is worn or falls off. The wear of the rubber bearing is mainly caused by the shaft not being straight, the gap between the shaft and the bearing is too large, and the bearing seat is skewed. The rubber falls off the bracket, mainly because the bearing and
the bracket hole are not tightly matched, or the elastic retaining ring on the bearing seat fails.
If such an accident occurs, stop the calibration of the standard shaft, repair the bracket, or replace the bearing.

1. The main engine of the long-axis pump is a water pump. When the water pump is running, it is inevitable that there will be failures and damage, resulting in the inability to pump water normally. So when it is found that the pump is not pumping well, it must be repaired and
adjusted in time.
Second, the long-axis pump does not absorb water or drain water. Most of the reasons are that the bottom valve is stuck, the filtered water part is blocked, the water suction height is too high or the water suction leaks. It may also be due to incorrect steering, impeller blockage
and other reasons. After checking one by one, measures such as repairing the bottom valve, removing silt, correcting steering, and cleaning the impeller can be taken respectively.
Third, when the pipeline leaks water or air, it may be that the mounting nut is not tightened. If the leakage is not serious, cement or cement slurry mixed with asphalt oil can be applied to the leaking or water leaking. Temporary repairs can be
applied with some wet mud or soft soap. If the joint is leaking, tighten the nut with a wrench. If the leakage is serious, it needs to be disassembled again.
